Administration Case Management

By focusing on the child’s and family’s strengths and working with the many services and programs available in the county, we collaborate to help initial or change services to achieve the best outcomes for families.
Family Support Specialists
Our compassionate and experienced parents offer guidance and support for families by coming alongside and equipping them to achieve better outcomes by:
- Meeting with families and helping them learn to navigate the complicated system of services available,
- providing useful resources and educational materials to families,
- and attending school meetings
- all through parent support groups and training
